My wife bought C2. Didn't like it. So I drink it now....tastes like Coke to me. But it's WAY TOO EXSPENSIVE. Which brings me to this:
I don't subscribe to the whole low carb thing. I think it's a joke every time I see Atkins friendly this or that in the store, I think about how the trend is going to fade out and next year, Target will have a clearance section filled with Atkins low-carb stuff.
You want to loose weight? Pay attention to the % of fat you take in. My Dr. said keep your daily fat % below 30. I chose to keep it below 20% and over the course of a few months dropped weight.
fat + fat = mo fat

You freaks will argue about anything, eh?
It comes down to personal experience. Carbs ultimately = fat. I did low carb, I dropped weight fast. For me, worked like a charm. I don't, however, think it's a good long term lifestyle type diet. It's best to eat complex carbs mixed with protiens, which is the approach I'm taking long term.

Carbs are goooood.
I take in as many carbs as I can and I'm pretty fit.
Although I do ride my bike 150-200 miles a week.
