last evening i was trying to withdrawn 100$ from my account. i used the credit card option on the menu. i know i had enough money on it, but the atm machine said that it couldn't go thru with the request.
so i tried two more times and one time on an wells fargo atm. got same answe there. i went back to the ba atm and used the savings account option on the menu. suddenly it worked. got my 100$. later that evening i checked my account online, and to my suprise it showed that there had been five withdraws from my account, but i only got any money on the last time i trid. lost about 360$.what to do?
i can't really go back to the bank, because for all they know i got money all four times and are trying to scam them.
anyone had this problem before?

Go to the bank regardless and cause hell. They have cameras on the machines and things they can double check. And there's other ways for em to check if the machines paid out. But whatever, still go and kick up a fuss. In my experience, they're pretty helpful with that sorta thing.

Ya, definitely go back. Who knows, maybe it was just a 'banking error' which sometimes takes a day or two to 'self-correct'.
Like Kuz said, there are plenty of things they can check...look at your account again today and if it's not all normalized by tomorrow morning, go to the bank.

Goto the bank, they have videos in all ATM's, it will show whether you got the money or not. It will also log any loading problems, so definitely goto the bank.
