i had a photoshop document with all possible browsers in layers.
this was a nice tool because i could see the dimensions of the space left to use in browser windows on 800x600 screenwidth.but i trashed the document.
anyone has similar documents to share?

I had that too, got it off the idea machine website many years ago....
just go 770 px, and be done with it

thanks fly, but the width isn't a big problem, i allways go safe at 740px.
the height is more important
(you know, with all the possible IE toolbars, google bars etc etc)

If you want to be supa-safe - it's 744 x 412. This follows the x-scope guidelines.
If you want to be kind of safe - it's 770 x 430. This is will be fine on IE6 XP.
