Reyes might be out for 3 weeks.

Man Utd played the most unattractive football. Arsenal probably had 65-70% of possession.
Roy Keane should have been sent off, no doubt about it, for his foul on Pirez. He's a fucking pig and someone needs to go out ther and break his fucking legs. I cant stand the bastard.Henry is worth more than Nistelroy and Rio together and he only played for 25 minutes. I don't blame Wenga for not starting them after the challenges Man Utd were putting in. Just look what happened to Ryes.

Henry didn't play because he had an injury and was being rested for the Champions League match against Chelsea this week, something Venger sees as being more important.
Leaving Henry out proved one thing if nothing else, that the A***nal are a one man team who complete rely on him in the final third. Without him they have to cheat, dive, con and moan their way to an attempted victory. They are disgusting and refs should card players when they act like this.
As the Manc fans sang:
"same old arsenal, always cheating, same old arsenal always cheating...."

Go LA Galaxy!

Arsenal had nothing to offer... ronaldo played them brilliantly... and would have got a penalty had he decided to dive, but stayed on his feet... would an arsenal player of stayed on her feet?

Bah, you Man U fans come out with this stupidass, stubbornass comments.
Relying on Henry is bullshit because overall, they were still the better and more threatening team on the night. Even though, throughout the entire game there weren't too many chances.
You couldn't make a case about this anyway, because they were playing "that dude" who i've never seen before, up front by himself.Arsenal had every right to complain about certain decisions and fouls. The Roy Keane chop was a disgrace. The guy's an animal. Haven't you read his book, he said himself, he was sent out once to take out a guy. He never played soccer again...

Im no Man Utd fan but I do know Roy Keane is a great player, ok he was a nutter in the past, but if you read his book, which I dont think you did, you would see that he is one hard working football player. Not born with flair or unbeleivable tallent, but a pure grafter who has been the backbone of Man Utd for years.
But he is slowly loosing that. And him letting down his country in Japan 2002 will not be forgotten by many.

Don't get us wrong Retro, on their day A***nal are the best in Europe if not the world. But were you watching the same game as the rest of us? They were never the better team.
They were tired, looked second to a lot of the balls and didn't want the game as much as Utd. I don't like Man U. But I don't like cheating divers and players the size of Viera falling over like he's been wacked by Tyson after a normal challenge.
As for Keane, Viera is equally as dirty, as is Keown and Bergkamp. Oh yeah and didn't Pires (the biggest diver of them all) smack Neville in the face. Rules of the game state he should have been off for raising his hands.
On the day A***nal couldn't cope with Ronaldo and a five man midfield played by utd and the fact that Henry wasn't playing seriously limited your attacking options.

retro sounds like a typical arsenal fan...bitter, as though you deserve to win... you missed out on the treble, and you still may not get the double... so be careful...
I'm an exeter city fan... and we'll just be pleased to get in the play-offs, to get back in the football league.

Im actually a Villa fan and only started liking Arsenal over the past few years because of the great football they play.
As for pires, i think it was more of an off-balance flying arm rather than a deliberate smack at the face. They also say studs up is an automatic red card...
Never the better team? I must admit the game was quite boring, but you mainly have Man U to blame for that. They left all the attacking up to 2-3 players after they scored, it was all defensive. It was dissappointing to someone like me, who likes to watch an exciting match. I guess quite a few coaches would have done that anyway.
There's no doubt it my mind that Arsenal had the majority of possession. They weren't so effective with their time on the ball, but as i said, Man U hit defensive mode as soon as they scored which makes things very hard.Overall though, i'm mostly pissed off at the quality of the game itself, the ref and dicks like keane. If Wenga really wanted the trebble, he would have had his best team on the park to begin with.
On keane, yeah, on his day he can look great and be vital to the final outcome of a game. But still, he's a dirty mongrel, no doubt about it. You can still be a hard working, tough player without the stupidity.

It was an exciting and open game. The first half-hour was some of the most thrilling football i've ever seen. I thought it was gonna be an FA classic, but they were never gonna keep up that pace for the full 90mins. Arsenal had more possession for most of the game and played the more dynamic football. Unfortunately Man U clearly wanted it more and fought harder for it. Which showed. I'd hate to give "scum" any credit, but Alex Ferguson is an exceptional manager and he knew exactly how to play this one to scrape a win - Ferguson's best when he's against the ropes.
It was a good game, and the best team won.
