when ever i take on a project that i have to design, every judgement i make thinking its the right one, its actually wrong to him, so im just gonna do things just as he tells me.
today the thing he wanted me to make was just not atractive, but he felt that was the right way to comunicate the idea.
in my mind, my way was the better one, still the same energy wave coming in all messed up into a UPS and coming out straight, but kind of organize and clean.
but he wanted the thing all over the left side of the page all messed up and red with a glow, i just made all the peaks reach an even level so it was pretty.
its my new job, i tought i was hired to work acording to my portfolio.

Maybe he's right and you're wrong - just a thought. Sometimes "what's attractive" (especially to a designer) is not the right way to communicate the idea. What attracts the audience that the piece is aimed at is what's important.

expect to be the bitch if you're not an AD.

Sometimes you just have to earn the trust. Once he hears from clients that are very happy with your work he might start to trust you more.

Moral of the story, pay off some good friends to pretend to be clients satisfied with your work

Depends upon what level youre at. Also depends upon what level or experience your boss has as well. If he knows the client, as he should, his decision could be a bit more educated. If all of the needs are there in so far as structure is concerned design really is opinion. If he/she is paying you their decision stands. Oe thing you ought to do if you feel so strong about it is to spend a night after work and make what you think works. Shw him or her in the morning and ask if they dig it ... if it is something that you have flushed out i couldnt see why they wouldnt give some pointers to refine and show as a variant. If they are as open and willing to teach as they also should be then you have a good boss. If their way stands without an explination of some sort beyond "because i think its bad" then you have a bad situation.
If youve been working professionally without having an internship of some sort and this is one of your first jobs I would learn to open your head a bit to criticism. Better to learn how to deal with it while on someones payroll.
