must be a new nt feature:
intelligence filter.

touche'!
- DutchBoy0
why, ofcourse!
it keeps the MAC vs. PC fights away..
and basically also excludes the dark side of computing.
:D

since browsing the internet is so slow on macs, the NT people wanted to make a heaven for them right here... happy people.

I'm using IE on a PC and it will not let me post a new topic.
- toastie0

Thanks for your compassion bug.
What if we IE users launch a class action lawsuit against Newstoday? We will make millions?
FireFox huh? I'll have to look into this.
- toastie0

I wonder if they are planning on fixing this?
*crosses fingers

Firefox is pretty swift, but overall its an ureliable browser right now, I'll wait for a final. I spent three weeks with it and had a dozen or so bugs...
- toastie0
really? I have no problem with it whatesoever. I havent used IE since Firebird 0.6 release. There have only been 2 or 3 sites in the past year that I had to use IE to view them, but other than that, Firefox works perfectly for me.
- toastie0
yay! I'm no longer |toastie|!

yes this is a problem that chris and qbn contacted me about yesterday - there seems to be a PC IE issue...use mozilla for now...

Hmmm, any sites with over 50 images on them seem to cause distortions and glitch renderings in firefox, as well as interesting CSS glitches on big name sites like iht and cnn and such, its an inconvenience. Several other memory leak-like issues as well, and I've got a p4 2.5ghz and a gig of ram so it should run smooth as pie.... and I believe the release I have is .8, like I said.... I do look forward to a final, less-bugged out version because usability wise its a great browser.

I am willing to deal with small problems to have tabbed browsing (for one).

I want to post a topic, will someone do it for me?
