hp 5550 printer slip

  Hey All!

  I have a small inkject printer, an hp 5550 which I'm printing out pieces on glossy photo paper with.

  The problem I'm having is that the printer stops moving the paper near the end of the print and inks a thick line. The paper stops moving but the head keeps laying down ink.

  Has anyone experienced this? Do I have to clean the roller? I've played with different paper settings to no avail.

  Can I clean the rollers myself? Is there a simpler solution?
