I know that a lot of people here must suffer ( mentioning no names)... holy f*ck does it affett your normal life or what??
Personally, I could handle it just fine cept for the facxt that I have a job that requires reguler hours, I'd rather work through the night from home.
That way I could drink more. hehehe. actually, that would be scary.

I suffer... Especially since I quit smoking (more than two months ago), but I don't have a job which requires regular hours... ;)

Not quite insomnia, really I just sleep for about 3-4 hours a night.
Then I take a nap next after noon.

I know the feeling all to well. I get it for 2-4 days a month. Don't know why, but it certainly screws with your head.
I'm in the middle of a bout right now (only slept 3 hours since I woke up thursday morning) Glad its the weekend though, i got a day job too.
On the bright side, I've read a lot of good books while I'm up.
Good luck, Hope you get some sleep soon.

Somoeone posted a link a while back to a study about creative types. How the mind keeps thinking and churning even when the bodies tired, which is pretty accurate.
