Quick Flash Q

Ok so its saturday and I'm doing a stupid flash demo for work, oh joy!
So basically I'm loading external movies into a main swf. The external movies consist of mainly screenshots with minimal vector animation on top. My problem is that the quality of the bitmaps turn to shit when they are loaded into the main movie. They look nice and crisp when I test them on their own, but after they've been loaded into the main one they get really really blurry. I've made all the publishing setting's as high as they can be, with no luck. Also I've made sure there was no size variation between the loaded movies and the placeholder clip.
Please help! I want to have at least some fun this weekend!
here is the whole movie:

It's ok now. Check your mail. Your movie clip container was not at 100 % in height and width so that's why manageReports.swf was blurred. Have a nice weekend.

open the libraries in your exernal movies, click on the bitmap icon of the image and make sure that the settings there are set to like 99%, well, 90 is enough. but do that and see if it works in case you havent do it,
