o.. actually.. i met a lot of my friends in ohio and michigan when i moved to the mid west and had no friends. i went to the plusminus records michigan hardcore webpage and met everyone though there. its a very small scene in them thar parts. it was the best way to find out where to go and to find someone to go with. beats showing u p to a random show in a new city by yourself and introducing yourself to complete strangers.
i was surprised how nice people were and so amny offered to show me around those two states and canada. it was fantasic times.

> plus it'll be nice to stay with someone who knows their way around!
Yes, exactly.
Some NT'ers dropped by here too. I tried to show k77 and others some of my favorite places around. And so far, no psychos.

hey peter... i might go to japan with my fiance for our honeymoon at the end of this year.
but
i dont think we'll be honeymooning much. we want to have an adventure. if we actually go.. can you help us plan an adventure? how wicked would that be?!?
other that.. or i'd like to go spend a few weeks in the jungle in south america and lick some poison coated frogs.

nah i still don't get it... are you talking about eric roberts???
- tfs__mag0
cause he's the man... they need to give him an academy award... he's way more talented than his sister julia.

I know two happily married couples who met on the intertnet.
They don't recommend it.
I've met a couple girls and let me tell you - be careful.
Girls are masters at hiding their physical flaws in photos.
It might sound mean - but honestly you KNOW they're trying to trick you into meeting them - it's not like they ACCIDENTLY left out the fact that they have a 50 pound ass or snaggle teef.anyway, sometimes people are as they are online and it's nice to meet them.
I've met a few friends this way including one of my good friends who I met on Dreamless.

im not sure bro, its ok tho thanks

oh someone give me a clue...
- Peter0
Ok, but it's going to cost you one poison coated frog.
...I mean, yeah, sure, we can find something out.
Why not spend some of the honeymooning in one of the love-hotels? I'm sure you'd find at least one that is actually decorated as a south american jungle.

>I know two happily married >couples who met on the intertnet.
>They don't recommend it.- if they are happily married, why dont they reccomend it ?
i know what you mean bout the photos tho man, ive seen quite a few of her tho.
- Peter0
Anyways, yes, send a mail over before you two go :)

i don't have any poison coated frogs... i have this autographed picture of eric roberts. got it on the set of "the best of the best part 10" he plays this kung-fu master that is sent to train this untrainable group of roughnecks, but before they can complete their training they're sent on this totally useless deadly mission in asia somewhere.... i'm really surprised he didn't get a best actor nod for that one....
eric roberts is the BEST
- shellie0
what? seriously? two birds.. one stone. SCORE
- Peter0
I forgot the photographers name, but there's a fairly new photobook out on modern 'lovehotels'. You've got to see it.
It has both Japanese and English written in it, so you might be able to find it on Amazon...
