I have a Canon GL-1. Does anyone know of any software that will capture video successfully. Premiere and iMovie don't work. I'd like to think my 2 grand investment isn't useless.

if your on a mac, are using firewire from the camera, imovie should work fine, premier too. If you not doing it right, finacl cut is an option.

I have a Canon Gl-2 and have never had a problem with iMovie. or FinalCut express.

For some reason The serial connection I used from the Camera to my external LaCie drive won't work. I had to disconnect the drive and hook the camera directly to the computer.
