Thanks. Good to hear feedback like that, we just skate and film for the love of it. Kinda cool to finally have a reason to post our little labour of love :)

i'm suprised nobodies mentioned this...
if i could olie higher than i could jump, technically i could jump that high.the height of your olie is limited to the height you can jump (off of flat that is).
basic physics at play here.

At work we were watching Yeah right!, the latest dvd by GIrl skateboards.
Some of the ollies in the dvd sparked controversy. Some of my coleagues argued a launch ramp was used to ollie over a bleacher. The camera remains still during that shot, so a launch ramp could've been easily photoshoped away.
I love sketeboarding so much I don't want to believe they tricked the footage. Then again the bleacher is so high I understand their skepticism.
nice footage and photos dooodes.

spike green screened some ramps...no doubt about it...e.g., brian anderson cannot frontside 180 parking meters ;)
and Koston doubled for owen wilson believe it or not

wtf?! where did my post go! weird..
oh well - it was in Jazx's statement that when you hit 30 you hit reality! Bullshit!! I still rage when I ride skate and snow - I thrown myself around and get hurt the same way as when I was 20...it's the only way!

that's why it's called Yeah Right.... The street gap, up the stair set and the green skateboards. You can see them cruisin around on the green skates in other shots where they aren't edited out. Loved that shit! They brought some creativity...

nah, balls. i'm a bit more worried about breaking myself these days.. but my best was 5 coke cans all stacked up, fakie to ollie 180. what a day!

but i could ollie FROM higher than id ever think about jumping 10ft ish but thats about it.

- smellvetica0

I used to be able to ollie tennis nets when they were fully tight...

ah, impossibles!
when i started skating, I met this guy who could do impossible tailgrabs.
this was when we were kids, so I thought it was really cool.
we started hanging out and today 10 years later he is one of my best friends.mattias, u rock!

we were watching a dvd by Girl Skateboards, Yeah, Right! and some of the ollies sparked controversy.
some of my colleagues argued that one guy used a launch ramp to ollie over a bleacher. in that particular shot the camera is still so a launch ramp could've been easily photoshoped away.
still i love skateboarding far too much to believe they tricked the video.
bottom line... there's something so amazing about skateboarding i simply can't put into words.
seems like us creative type junkies just can't get enough of this stuff.
nice video loopyd.
