Flash to Video

    Im doing a really simple short animation in flash which will be going onto video/dvd for mass production. Is the best way to export from flash just as a quicktime with no compression and then just importing that qt into final cut ?? Or will that not work??

    I have searched pv-an but nothing is real conclusive.
