I hate that it won't tell you how much of the file has loaded. I'm looking at this page from the NTB and it's a 12 mb file.

IE tells you how many bytes are loaded. Safari graciously tells you that one of two files has loaded. How informative! Now, I know that the html is loaded and I only have one more file to wait for.

what gives me the shits is when you get rid of the address bar (apple+shift+|) it actually makes the window smaller and the stupid short cuts dont fullscreen properly.
Those shortcut bugs really need to be fixed.

anyone know how to make it so new windows pop up as tabs other than holding the apple button.

preferences. you best friend. just select prefs and make new windows become tabs. you can also command click (or right) and select links as new tabs.

also, your "progress" can be monitored by clicking "window > activity" or apple-option-a... it's not quite as nice as IE's progress bar, but better than nothing...
