iwas wondering what you NT people are using to kepp track of your clients when (or if ) they start asking you small things or add ons after you've already billed them for the main thing...i mean you pile everything in a piece of paper, in a software and wait to bill them again once that list grows...just curious...thnx!

I just keep adding it to a job sheet.

If you can afford it, CRM software is where it's at.
You can easily track every communication that you make with every client and potential client.
But make sure your contract specifies that extra work is to be billed at $xxx/hour. Have them sign off on the changes BEFORE you start, too. Just make sure they know that the changes will cost 'em more.
I use Maximizer for PC. Not sure about Apple.

I've been debating between Studio Boss http://www.dennisbest.com/studio… and Studiometry http://www.oranged.net/software/…
I need something to keep organized and I haven't used Filemaker in years and years. Maybe one of these are for you. I still haven't figured out a perfect way for a small shop.
