job update & resume quest.

hey guys,
heres a job update:
went on the interview....he seemed to like my book and wanted to have me come in to work for a day or 2 and see how that goes. It was to be paid of course.
I went in and worked on some website ideas and then the next day somee logo ideas...they didnt ofer me the job yet but from what I make of it, there is a lady that does web design there and shes pregnanat....i think they're looking for someone to fill her role while shes gone.
I'm looking for a full time position and i'm not sure this is gonna work.
salary wise, I'm not sure what to ask for...I mean shit I'd love a 6 figure salary, who wouldnt. ....whats realisitic for a web/print designer?
