I think they condensed the Melior. Does a book or condensed version exist of this font? I'm not sure.

it is definately close to melior, but the "M"s are different and it is condensed and as far as i know there is no condensed version of Melior. maybe it is cutom based off of Melior... unless it is not adobe's cut of the face. i will do some searching... thanks for the help though you guys are awesome!

The typeface is called Melior, and was specifically designed for them by Miles Newlyn. He first introduced the type at this thread at Typophile:

And there too a lot of people noticed the similarities woth Melior. In fact, Miles explained he used Melior as a startingpoint for the new facce.

It's so not Meilor or Fruitger. Both fonts were designed by Miles Newlyn and haven't been released as yet. the serif was designed for the 3 project.

Correction to my earlier post: in stead of 'The typeface is called Melior' I meant to say 'The typeface is called Verona'.
