InDesign Pages Palette?

  Hi.

  the pages window, where you can apply master pages and re-arrange pages of the document... it's all fucked up.

  None of my pages are showing up and I can't resize the window. I tried throwing away the preferences, but nothing changed. None of the defaults restored.

  Anyone have any idea what's goin on?
