Why do they have to go the MX route, I see this whole "suite" or "studio" thing as a scam, sure it saves you money but they're trying to lock you in either Adobe or Macromedia.... I guess if you can't fight them - join them (for Adobe)
Having said that, I'd probably still upgrade, some good stuff there

meh, there are like 4 new features in photoshop CS, the main one seeming to be the new file browser.
Which as we all know is the most indispensible tool to a graphic designer. How have I ever lived without all these new thumbnailing features.
