    With all the talk about how awful the recording industry is, I'm wondering, what would the world be like if the music industry changed? What would a new model for a label be?

    I'm asking because I've been thinking about starting, not exactly a label, but a company that actually helps independent artists create sustainable careers. Do you think its possible anymore? Does music matter to the masses anymore?
