I've let the batteries charge for abot an hour, updated the software from MouseWorks 2.2 to 2.3. It looks like my next move is returning it.

I just bought the thing during my lunch break today. I'm on OS X. I only bought it to use Maya. Does the battery have to be totally charged?

I'm off to their site for tech support. I would have stayed with my standard Mac mouse, but I'm learning Maya and need it.
