I bought something on amazon and received the item that does not have the capability that amazon states on the web.
What ways can be done to get a record of a site?
I already screenshot, save website, print website.

that should be good enough i would hope. although, one can always alter images (and i'm sure it could be argued so)
a friend of mine ordered a cell phone from them stating it worked in his area, and oopsy, it doesn't. he returned the phone, and has yet to get his refund...

seriously he didn't get his refund yet? now im thinking twice about sending my item back...
hope they reimburse my money and lets me keep this

if you got a reciept saying differently than the item, you should be ok. I've never bought anything from amazon due to shipping costs but I'm pretty sure you'll get an e-mail when you've purchased something, yes?

what did you buy?
i mean, you should know that a lot of the descriptions that are on the site came from the manufature. i doubt that it was intentional..
send it back if you aren't happy with it... and the cell department was always sketchy.. so if it was just a mp3 player or something, then send that shit back

yeah, i got the email regarding the item and also the hardcopy of the receipt.
It says DVD+R/+RW, DVD-R/DVD-RW, & CD-R/-RW
but the item i got does not do DVD-R/-RW
