hey guys.....i'm designing a bunch of stuff for a client....he sends a lot of faxes thru the net...
needs a fax cover sheet designed.what format do you reccomend doing it as? word doc? pdf? .ai?
i've never done this before, so i'm nto sure what format the client can go into and edit the cover sheet with the info he needs each time.

i'm either thinking word or pdf.

i figured MAYBE someone here has some experience with this.....

well see you NEED to ask your client what he has there - I could tell you that FaxStf on a mac will send a fax from quark or any app (which it does) but then your client maybe isn't using a mac.

I use efax to fax my clients and it takes Word and PDF among other formats. I'm sure your client has caps for one or the other and with both u have the option for creating a template or form that they could fill out on screen and fax.
Hope this helps - cheers
