Dear NT'ers,
I'm looking for the best resources and tutorials to begin training with Adobe After Effects.
I have an intermediate knowledge regarding Photoshop, but I was looking for something that allow me to make compositions with video footage, 3D reels, flash animations I made recently.
Links to the best books are also welcome.

gotta love this place, it has ae tutorials as well as tutorials on removing tree stumps (just to name some of the useful features).
