yeah much better, use some guides tho it looks a little off at the bottom and just nudge it in a bit tighter.

I actually like them both a lot but I do agree what was said above about the orange being a more 'construction' kinda colour.

try leaving the border around the house out. or atleast make it the same color as the word "house".

looking good, try out what antonelli said, it should even out the weight between icon and type and just nudge the type a bit left say the same amount as the width of the 'i'.

Convert from CMYK to RGB in illustrator and then copy and paste.

I'd bring the house in closer to the type and make it so the vertical wall is the same height as the type block, I'm a little unsure about the 'contractors' bit under the inhouse, I'm not sure about the condensed type but it might just be because its small on screen.
