I am using a pixel font in flash doing the x and y at a whole number ... settin everything up just as it should and when i have a text list some fonts appear sharp and some become blurry. the line spacing does not help this either. is there any way around this?

dont burry text in multiple movie clips. and if you do you have to make sure all the movie clips are on a whole number, also.

ahh you are using a sad font as well, most of the fonts that are built for Flash today, don't even need that x, y stuff on them.

is it a dynamic textbox or static?

it's an issue with the fonts.. They are not optimized for Flash

Eh... the only way to make pixel fonts look REALLY good @ <10pt sizes is to break them apart (twice) until they're not fonts anymore, just symbols. If you don't do that, you get weird blurring problems, and the empty parts of b's d's p's and o's sometimes fill in. It's frustrating. Especially if you want to use them on dynamic data..
