i finally came up with something i might like to stick with...
super sized studio
our slogan could be .. we make em your way.and we could make the website like a fast food drive through withs all drawn and interactive like. maybe i can do it in 3d and render it out cell shaded... just thinkin out loud
what do you think?

i want something non dry like all the rest of the dry sites out there. theyre so yawnable. i like stuff thats functional and fun because thats what id be selling. but i dont know if it might be too lame.. this idea.

s'pose in the end it really doesn't matter what you're called as long as the work is shit hot. If you like it (and it sounds like you've pretty much got the whole idea on track) then go with it.

the cellShading etc. seems a bit much, but I've always fo9und the backlit menu boards at McDonalds to be pretty easy to read and kind of fun to look at, maybe an interface based on that. Glossy pictures of work and information aligned in shiny red fiberglass grids.

i want whatever i do to be an experience and not just "Bam look at this interface it doesnt do anything and you cant go anywhere"
i can render out 3d so it looks like it was drawn in illustrator.. but you can have free roam of the fast food place.. parkinglot and drivethrough.... ? maybe with some help function to easy guide you through everything if you need to get somewhere fast.

I can see it working actually, it would be quite nice as long as it wasn't too bandwidth intensive, and cell shading could take care of that. I usually find that attempts at immersive/3dish interfaces fall short of the mark but thinking back I have seen a few good ones.

Australian band SNOG used a lot of great Chris Woods artwork for a CD they released not too long ago, it combined McDonalds and Nazi Youth imagery
But be warned, they got into all sorts of trouble over here for it :(
