  Trying to avoid the standard fare of Motor Trend, Automobile, Car and Driver, etc.

  Carros, a Dutch magazine about cars you can only look at, not touch..

  the mag looks real nice, the website is shitty, imo.

  i dunno whether it's sold overseas, but it's the only carmagazine which has a classy decent layout.

  I might check Joe Muggs. A chain of coffee shops here in the States. They have a pretty decent selection of overseas mags. Looks like a good one.
