who can tell me how to build a simple online Content Editor without the use of Access and other applications?
maybe by editing .txt files loaded into html or something...

i'm sure a lot of people can... question is, will they.
you'll need to use a server side scripting language or xml. either way, nobody is just gonna tell you how to, you'll have to learn it for yourself.
but the method is pretty much the same.
1. open the text document
2. parse the text document
3. close the document

database is easier that parsing a csv file.... but as lavar burton would say: you don't have to take my word for it!

look up a php script called 'cute news' works with flat files, no DB. I set one up in a few minutes.

No. Not very hung over today. I went home early. Two or something. The concert was fucking AWESOME! I'm going out today too. Wanna join? I'm going to a Folk Implosion concert. Alaska is warming up. Never heard any of them, but a friend of mine says it's very good. Some country-rock-ish music, apparently.

Oh, and Typo3 rocks! It's not at all easy to set up, though, and it uses a mySQL database...
