I just ordered
http://shop.lomography.com/micro…
and
http://shop.lomography.com/micro…
but I wonder... my father had an exact similar camera to the Kiev35 years back (lost now). It was a very good camera. I don't think it was russian, and it had another name (mini?). Anyone know the name of the other camera and if it is the exact same or if one of them is a cheap copy of the other one?

I got my Lomo Kompact years ago and just loved the original russian packaging it came with and the smell of it was worth the price itself.

nice!! the firs tlink looks very similar to a smena8 i got for $4. although i have a pile of knockoffs that are all kinda close to it.
if you like the vilia, just get a smena8. but dont spend more than $8-$10 on it!

kerus, have any links for the smena? where did you get it?
I still think the Vilia is nicer in design and packaging (...) and the fact its "Only 250 pieces of this rare camera are available exclusively for the Lomographic community. Produced at the BelOMO factory in Minsk between 1973 and 1986, these treasures are straight out of safe, pampered storage in the UK" makes it exclusive for me.
I just cancelled Kiev http://www.geocities.com/markhah… and will try to find a used Minox 35 EL instead. Or maybe a new GT-E if I can afford.
