DVD - NTSC to PAL???

  I have an upcoming project that necessitates both NTSC and PAL versions of the same DVD...I am familiar with PAL specifics, but have never done a PAL DVD...anyone have tips/info I should know or good resources for PAL DVD's?

  any help would be very grand.
