i'll give that the bird thang is way done, there are plans for an elephant perhaps. i lused the bird becuase for me it was original, i didn't steal it and modify if from some other site, and i didn't buy it from some site, so with that said, i think most will understand where im coming from. the popups may stay, but with the feed back i have recently been getting, i don't know that they will stay. the site's design is designed for popups. i just redid them so that they don't do that cool resizing thang that anthony has going on on his site. i really like that effect, but i'm moving away from it and pop ups all together.
2 more questions though, first, is there any problem with the thumbnails not wrapping corectly. i've been told by some folks that they just go in one row instead of wrapping to the iframe. and two, what are your folks conectios and resolutions. im on dsl at 1280x1024, and it looks all great, but on some smaller (both bandwidth and resolution) computers, it takes long and it super fucking huge. any one else have that scrolling problem?
thanks for the kind words

ya, thumbnails arent wrapping properly.
- protoculture0
the wrapping is fine for me on Mozilla 1.3/Win XP.
no horizontal scrollbar for me on 1024x768, although there is a vertical one.

scroll bars one what? there should not be any scrollbars on anything other than the page its self
- protoculture0
that's what i mean. no scroll bars other than a vertical bar for the page itself.

you have plenty of whitespace on the left and still you use pop-ups....and they move, which was really annoying while I tried to close them... bad, bad, bad.
the overall site design is very well executed/layed out, tho!

ookay, it moves when you try to close it? thats something totally new that i have yet to hear. and thats way shitty. i promise the next version will seriously cut down on the pop ups, i dont know how much, but some for sure.
thanks for the kind words
