Hey guys, lookin for some help here. I have a banner rotator SWF that pulls other swfs and sets them on a time out. In one of my swf's that rotates I have a button. The thing that I'm having problems is making that button work when that swf is in the rotator. Is there some sort of code conflict between my movies?
I also tried this with a different type of banner rotator, an XML one. The same thing happens. My button will work in the stand alone swf but not when in the rotation.
Can anyone offer help? If you'd like to see what I'm talking about let me know or email me I'd love to get this resolved.
Thanks in advance.

so nothing happens when you push the button? What is it supposed to do? Do you get the 'finger' cursor?

yeah the weird thing is that the rollover is there because my cursor turns into a rollover cursor but the movieclip doesn't play..

you guys would need the swf's to see but why would this happen?

i also have no idea why the thing scrolls like mad when you first go to it, just refresh it will be fine.
The link up there is the one with the swf rotator not the XML.

Are you loading the SWFs on a level or replacing the root level?

that's what it is..it's levels where do i put the levels?

You don't have to load them on levels... just make sure your button is pointing to whatever level they're loaded into.
