ok stereophreaks.
i left my expensive Sennheiser HD 414 classic anniversary edition headphones over at my girlfriend's house and her dog turned them into a fucking chew toy beyond repair.
he's so cute i could kill the fucker.
the HD 414s were sick. i miss them terribly, but they don't make that model anymore.
anyway - what do you guys recommend (not just Sennheiser)? i'm looking in the $100 range.
they're strictly for home use - no portable, and i'm not doing professional studio recording.

that should be "no portable MP3 player headphones".. and i'm thinking about open-air design like the Sennheisers were.
