I want my news section to refresh every time a user comes back to my site. At the moment they just see the cached version.
Does anyone know a simple javascript function for this. Its just a standard htm page, no php. Thanks

as far as I have always known, if the user doesn't set the cache to refresh every time they visit then they won't see the update. I've always took this at a grain of salt and blamed it on human error. If anyone does have a solution then I would be intrigued to hear it.

Put
after declaration in your page and it will disable caching of that page.
Cheers.
