can anyone offer insights, or a link when it comes to developing a character turnaround sheet. it's fucking killing me on the front 3/4 perspective.
any help would be godly!

i think my brain is busted i don't understand your request

a character turnaround sheet is for a pre-production of character animation. it's basicly your char in various views as if it was rendered in a 3d world. the tricky part is getting the same exact look down for all 5 or so views. it's kicking my ass too :(

do you have poser or other 3d modeling scence creation to build as an actual 3d rough reference guide for your assorted views making the final revisions and adjustments in pen or pencil if my understanding is correct

he's more of a graff type char. think dexters lab, meets the gorillaz. just wish I knew a better way to do this. I have guidelines built in AI, but the fucking facial expressions arnt matching. I've seen peeps do this with tracing paper, but I'm a computer geek and a slave to the ease of use. thanks I'll try google real quick...and after that I'll just stop my bitchin.

not to oversimplify your dilemma but shouldn't basic math and guidelines solve your probs. ive spent alot of time inside 3d environments and do find it strange that sometimes alternate angles seem to degrade the composition of my objects its a trial and error i mean i think u understand the purpose of Crtl+Z. no pun intended
