fuck don't worry about it. You were pretty innocent it seems, do you have any reference to the client saying use this as reference? If not... make it up.
Fuck em. You did what you were told to do, where do you stand in chain of command (creative, senior, art worker etc?) Is there not someone senior to you who should of chased it all up?
