look close at his hand and sleeve. the hand is a closed fist, thumb out and the sleeve has been tweeked to fit around the fake hand.
also, that c*nt/count was actually what's his nuts, dick, not bush. i saw that a long time ago. or, could just be a bunch of them, i'm sure they all used count, and depending on where the camera was i'm sure anybody could make it spell c*nt.
fun though.
