    Nac and blackmail,

I didn't say lock her in the office all day.
Also, the reason for calling her parents was basically to inform them of your desired actions (restraining her, calling the cops, etc).
You inform the parents so you protect yourself.
Any school has to do that to tread carefully when the subject of, guess what? lawsuits is a possibility.

Sure, my saying she should be locked in the office might not be the best move, but I was thinking of that more of keeping teachers/the principal away from her and accusations of hitting her until you got the OK from the parents as to an agreed upon course of action.

its not about just locking her up and making sure you are protecting herself...you need to make sure she doen't injure herself, thats whwere the lawsuits would come in.

Why the hell do you need to call parents to ask them how to do your job? If you are in a position of authority like polioce officer, or principle, as long as you abide by laws aren't you already given credit for making decisions.

And to whoever is starting the difference between white and black shit...shut the fuck up already, don't need to bring that shit in here..

oh one more...this thread is about an article...an issue that is being discussed over an incident, if you gotta bring peoples portfolio and work in here, then it just goes to show how weak minded you are in not being able to say something constructively instead of tossing mud at someones work.

Just because people argue, or disagree about anothers opinion, doesn't mean you need to toss shit, if you need to do that...then my parents have a dog in their backyard who needs its poop scooped.
