My Opinion, I'ma say it again my opinion is when I see kids out at a mall, public places, disrupting the public whatever etc. white and black, that the white kids act out more than the black kids as far as hitting thier mothers back and cussin their moms out, while the black kids usually dont act like that cause there moms are used to popping them more while white parents usually go the talking route, I am not saying one way of parenting is better but I am sure we can find scientifict fact to back that up. Do they also desrve to be in cuffs?
