i cannot believe the pubescent and ignorant replies in this thread.
it's never ever justified to handcuff a child of that age.
neither does she have to take the blame so badly for her actions, as she is far too young to know.
i think it is (here i go) always übertypical for simple minds to always point a finger but lacking information of the true cause of an unfortunate situation.
it may be her parents, it may be not. it may be the result of sexual abuse, it may be not. it could easily be a psychological/physical deficit that caused this.
i really despise people's pointy-pointy fingers. it says more about you then about anything else.
sad this had to happen. i really feel for the girl and hope she can get herself together before she grows mature.
