    I suggest a wild goose, serverd with potatoes, pork, sour creme, chicken, duck, and meatloaf served in a mint sauce.

    For Desert server 7 layer cake, ice cream, coffee cake, tarimisu, and sodabread.

    Ditch the wine for something more classy... break out a bottle of old scotch, some gin, whiskey and vodka.

    Afterwards, top it off with a creme brulet, choc covefred strawberries, farmers mints, and pastery.

    After that, move on to coffee and rum cake, and some danish.

    Afterwards have some fresh fruit, pudding, rice cookies.

    Then it's time to break open the scotch and make some mixed drinks... dont be afraid to mix the gin and scotch with your favorite beverage to taste. Another idea is to add a bit of theraflu to the mix as it can work wonders on the night.
