It's weird to be so involved this early in the season, and yet, these past two games have only added to a brilliant rivalry. I'm a little worried about the Jeter beaning--the Yanks will retaliate next week at Fenway, and without Kapler to get all buckwild in the middle of the pack, that means Youkilis is going to have to pick up the slack.
In all seriousness, hang on to Renteria, mattyd. A lot of people were down on Cabrera when he initially struggled, and yet we know what happened once he got comfortable. Renteria will put up monster numbers if healthy, especially out of that #6 hole. I also think he might let out his curl a little bit, maybe add some Pedro natural juices and berries, and once that happens, oh boy...
