i fail to see an issue. whois should be public domain. it should be valid and available for anyone to access.
i don't see a need for private, covert domain name ownership.
seems silly to me.
this isn't the government breaking into your home, tapping your phone and raping your children...this is simply making what is already public domain valid and available.
it is laughable what some will take up arms against.
