Hey 67nj,
I've just had a little peep around and noticed two things.
I really think the site would benefit from some home page intro text. Doesn't need to be long, but I just didn't see who the site was for when I looked at first.The 'Team' page has some good text that could be used on the home page.
Also on the same theme.. the news stories are waaaaayyyyy too long. That should be a snippet of 20 words max.. and then link it to a stroy else where.Last thing is the pixel font used for the navigation.. It is all blurry when you look at it close up. This is noticable when yo uview the site. Make sure the anti-alias mode is set correctly to get nice crisp sharp text.
