    fawn- it isn't just a sugar situation. Sometimes that is caused by the opposite effect.. too much reliance on sugar and bad carbs in your diet. Do you tend to eat alot of bread? Rely on snacks? Eat lots of fruit? These are fast carbs that your body blows through- causing an ill effect once they run out.

    hearty breakfast is key- and fibers and veggies over sugar and pasta.

    By the way, I love cooking... yes it is like painting, and very easy to learn once you get use to it.
