    with all due respect cloned, the apple helpdesk / service with it's overpriced apple care has become ridiculous bad over the years. i've heard the weirdest stories, and no, those are not urban myths, actual stories from friends and collegues. they are not what they are used to be.

    the only thing where i can understand is where you're coming from is that a lot of info / solutions can be found online and/or is basically rtfm.

    again if you don't dig it than don't answer it instead of slagging. that is what gets you ignored or flamed. and what i don' t get is that you app. have this self-acclaimed knowledge. why don't you share that? even if it's on a rtfm level. that's what apple users among each other do you know, help eachother.
