    There are theories drinking milk , esp. by adults is the cause of many illnesses including osteoporosis. It depletes calcium from the body, not the other way as we may think. And processed milk, the one you can get in stores is basically a soup of dead bacteria and other toxins generated during the process.
    Yeah, information overload.. What's good then in the world?
