The problem with sueing would be that there is no party or one indivisual who is spoken about in general, and then theire would in fact be no one to file a charge. Its like 'genocide in media'. Please understand me correctley... there is no murder here as in genocide, but there is also a very big group (whole nations) who are insulted by this sung)... difficult matter...
