Okay sheelie, I have one for you. This is from my ex-husband. And before anyone wonders if this why he's an ex, it's not, he had many other non-redeeming qualities.
But many years ago I received an envelope for Christmas. The envelope contained a little slip of paper. The little slip of paper was... an IOU! The worst part was that it was an IOU because he hadn't managed to sell my underwater camer (a gift from his father) to buy a new one. Classy.
Worse still was the fact that was my second IOU that Christmas after getting one for my secret Santa at work a week earlier.
